[EN] The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition that includes a magnetic nanoparticle and at least one active ingredient, preferably an antineoplastic or immunomodulator, for treating illnesses, in particular cancer. The nucleus of the magnetic nanoparticle includes a magnetic iron AA oxide. The surface of the nanoparticle includes ligands 'c".,,,' BB bonded thereto by means of an ionic bond, a covalent bond, a hydrogen bridge, a hydrophobic bond, an electrostatic bond and/or a metal-ligand coordination bond, wherein the ligand includes an active region having at least one group chosen from - C02H, -P03H, -P04H, -S03H and -S04H. Moreover, the active ingredient is bonded to the active region of the ligands by means of ionic bonds.
