[EN] The invention relates to a method for obtaining surfactants from cellulose and hemicellulose, which comprises one reaction in a single reactor (one pot) and which includes at least the following steps: e) a frrst hydrolysis step, in which the cellulose is mixed with at least one ionic liquid, water and a catalyst; and f) a second glycosylation step, in which at least one alcohol is added when the hydrolysis level ofthe cellulose is between 10 and 80%. The resulting products are preferably alkyl-a, B-glycosides.
