[EN] The invention relates to a thennoelectric generator that can be monolithically integrated into silicon, where the thennal differences are generated by the different thennal inertia of a small mass of air-suspended silicon and a mass of silicon in contact with a heat source. Said thennal difference is converted into a thennoelectric voltage by means of a nanostructured material having low thennal conductivity that connects the two masses. The invention also relates to a method for producing said thennoelectric generator.
[EN] Se describe un generador tennoeléctrico integrable de manera monolítica en silicio donde las diferencias ténnicas se generen por la diferente inercia ténnica de una pequeña masa de silicio suspendida en el aire y una masa de silicio en contacto con una fuente de calor. Dicha diferencia térmica se convierte en una tensión tennoeléctrica con ayuda de un material nano estructurado de baja conductividad térmica que conecta ambas masas. Asimismo se detalla el proceso de fabricación de dicho generador tennoeléctrico.
