Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein längeres Stehen läßt die Virulenz von 1∶30 mit phys. NaCl-Lösung verdünnten, 24stündigen Rotlauf-Bouillonkulturen bei hoher Zimmertemperatur (23°) fast unverändert, bei tiefer Zimmertemperatur (13°) stark zurückgehen und bei Brutschranktemperatur (37°) fast ganz verschwinden.
