Abstract

Método para producir aceites sintéticos y productos almacenables de energía calorífica mediante coprocesado de materiales de caucho de desecho y carbón. Un método para producir aceites sintéticos y productos almacenables de energía calorífica coprocesando materiales de caucho de desecho y carbón, eventualmente con un catalizador que contiene Fe, consistente en las etapas de: mezclar el material de caucho triturado, carbón y, opcionalmente, el catalizador hasta obtener una mezcla; calentar la mezcla en un reactor a una temperatura entre 300ºC a 500ºC, durante 3-180 minutos, a una presión entre la presión atmosférica y 10 MPa, seguidas de un procesado consistente en una pirólisis/hidropirólisis, durante la que se generan gases con un 50% de hidrocarburos C sub,1 -C sub,4 y una energía calorífica de 6000 a 8000 kcal/Nm sup,3 , que se recogen. El material resultante de la reacción es una mezcla de sólidos y líquidos de la cual se obtienen un extracto y un primer residuo sólido con una energía calorífica de 4500 a 5000 kcal/kg, mientras que mediante fraccionación del extracto, se obtienen un residuo de asfalteno de elevada energía calorífica, y aceites sintéticos.
