Els reis catalanoaragonesos i l' estudi general de Lleida : la proteccio de la Corona a un grup privilegiat (1387-1410)

Abstract

A la comunicació titulada "La inmunidad de un grupo privilegiado: los estudiantes del Estudio General de Lleida (1336-1379)", ens referíem a les freqüents agressions que es varen produir contra la immunitat deis estudiants de l'Estudi General de Lleida durant l'época d'Alfons el Benigne i de Pere el Cerimoniós. Aquests actes delictius van continuar durant els regnats dels sobirans catalanoaragonesos que els van succeir. En algunes ocasions, constatem que Joan I es lamenta que "els studiants són fort maltractats e los privilegis e libertats d'aqueix Studi no són plenament observats". Dins la present comunicació, tractarem d'aquesta situació conflictiva durant els regnats de Joan I(1387- 1395) i de Marti l'Humá (1395- 1410).
