Tratamiento hidrotermal de cenizas no volantes de incineración de residuos solidos urbanos, sin adiciones, con producción de hidrógeno, para la obtención de zeolita cristalina

Abstract

Esta invención está relacionada con el tratamiento de las cenizas no volantes que se depositan en los hornos durante un proceso de incineración de residuos sólidos urbanos (CIRSU). Con este tratamiento, se consigue, por una parte, resolver el problema social y medioambiental del almacenamiento de estos residuos CIRSU en vertederos y, por otra parte, su eliminación total por su revalorización e incorporación en otros procesos y mercados. El hidrógeno liberado durante el primer tratamiento propuesto, puede ser aprovechado como combustible y, la obtención de zeolita, a través del segundo tratamiento, permitirá su incorporación como absorbente y captador de otras especies iónicas o moleculares en aquellos procesos que requieran de esta propiedad, por ejemplo inmovilización de residuos tóxicos y peligrosos en general y radioactivos, en particular
