Abstract

Un sistema inmunocromatográfico para el diagnóstico de enfermedad celiaca (EC) en humanos, que comprende los siguientes elementos: I) una tira inmunocromatográfica que permite la identificación en una muestra biológica humana de anticuerpos -tipo IgA- específicos de los autoantígenos característicos de la EC, AGA (antigliadina) y t-TG (transglutaminasa tisular) que comprende: a)un sistema de visualización de la reacción que comprende un anticuerpo anti-IgA, por ejemplo, partículas coloidales o microesferas coloreadas recubiertas con un anticuerpo monoclonal anti-IgA, b)antígenos AGA y t-TG inmovilizados en la misma tira, y c)un sistema control de las condiciones de la propia reacción inmunocromatográfica, y, II) una tira inmunocromatografica que permite la identificación en una muestra biológica humana de anticuerpos IgA/IgM/IgG frente al autoantígeno t-TG, que comprende: a) un sistema de visualización de la reacción que comprende antígeno t-TG, por ejemplo, partículas coloidales o microesferas coloreadas recubiertas con antígeno t-TG, b)antígeno t-TG inmovilizados en la misma tira, y c) un sistema control de las condiciones de la propia reacción inmunocromatográfica.
