Abstract

Dentro dos traballos de investigación que estamos a realizar na Misión Biolóxica de Galicia coa variedade Albariño, fixemos estudos de análisis sensorial descritivo co fin de establecer os descritores que identifiquen o aroma do viño Albariño en catro subzonas da Denominación de Orixe Rías Baixas: Val do Salnés, Condado do Tea, O Rosal e Ribeira do Ulla.
