[ES] En el Ephippigerino Callicrania miegi Bol., que vive en los Monegros (Zaragoza) se ha realizado un estudio histoquímico acerca de la estructura de la membrana peritrófica. Se comprueba que consta de una glicoproteína, con un contenido en quitina del 46%. Esta membrana se origina por delaminación y su misión fisiológica es establecer una separación temporal entre el alimento y los gránulos de secreción procedentes de las células intestinales periféricas.
[EN] The histochemical structure of the peritrophic membrane in the ephippigerine Callicrania miegi Bol., is studied. It is originated by delamination and their function, is the temporal separation between the food and secretion granules segregates by intestinal cells.
