Abstract

La méthod e quasistatique d'extrusion est essayée avec trois échantillons de silicoaluminates et trois embouchures d'extrusion de différents argiles de cône. On observe que les valeurs minimun de fluence sont indépendantes des dimensions des embouchures. On chercha la zone ou les pâtes étaient le plus facile de travailler ainsi que les pressions d'extrusion nécessaires pour leur flux.

El método cuasiestático de extrusión es ensayado con tres muestras de sílicoaluminatos y tres boquillas de extrusión de diferentes ángulos de cono. Se observa que los valores mínimos de fluencia son mdependientes de las dimensiones de las boquillas. Se calculó la zona aproximada de trabajabiüdad de las pastas y las presiones de extrusión necesarias para su flujo.

The quasi-static extrusion method is tested with three samples of silicoaluminates and three different cone angle extrusion nozzles. Minimun yield values show to be independent of the nozzles dimension. Approximate workability zone and necessary extrusion pressures are calculated.
