Four soil managements systems were implemented in experimental plots located in Atécuaro (Michoacan, Central Mexico): tradional, improved, organic, and fallow system. The soil at the experimental site is an Acrisol and the climate is temperate with two well-defined seasons (wet and dry). After 3 years of cultivation the content of mmicronutrients showed significant differences due to soil managements and depth, particularly the improved and organic managements systems make bettre the nutrimental status of this soil.
