Abstract

[EN] At the beginning of this work is just about to put the system into the laboratory generation of 20S RNA from the expression of its cDNA cloned into a plasmid. This allowed us to perform reverse genetics experiments to learn in vivo the cis signals necessary replication. Also, you could approach the study of host factors involved in its maintenance. Therefore, the objectives of this paper are the following: 1. Study of the cis signals that affect the replication and RNA complex formation p91/20S. 2. Effect of mRNA degradation systems of S. cerevisiae in the generation and maintenance of 20S RNA. 3. Identify possible host factors as part of the p91/20S RNA ribonucleoprotein complex.
