Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo pretende estudiar la relaci?n entre los sistemas de dos componentes AbrA1/A2 y AbrC1/C2/C3 y los procesos de producci?n de antibi?ticos y diferenciaci?n morfol?gica. La consecuci?n de este objetivo general se ha abordado en varias etapas: 1.- Estudio de la relevancia biol?gica de los TCSs AbrA1/A2 y AbrC1/C2/C3 en la producci?n de antibi?ticos y diferenciaci?n de S. coelicolor M145. 2.- An?lisis de las diferencias de expresi?n g?nica entre las cepas mutantes ?abrC1/C2/C3 y ?abrA1/A2 y la cepa silvestre S. coelicolor M145. 3.- Caracterizaci?n in vitro de los sistemas AbrA1/A2 y AbrC1/C2/C3 y b?squeda de sus dianas moleculares.
