Modelos de favorabilidad climática para la Fusariosis vascular del garbanzo y sus agentes de biocontrol en escenarios de clima actual y futuros asociados al cambio climático

Abstract

La agricultura debido a su fuerte dependencia de las condiciones climáticas es un sector que se verá seriamente afectado por las consecuencias del Cambio Climático (CC). Las condiciones ambientales ejercen una marcada influencia sobre los diferentes componentes de los patosistemas agrícolas. Por tanto, es necesario determinar y comprender el efecto que las modificaciones ambientales que se prevé pueda conllevar el CC van a ejercer en la actividad de los agentes fitopatógenos y el desarrollo de enfermedad, así como en la actividad y eficacia de sus agentes de control biológico (ACBs). En el presente trabajo se han desarrollado modelos de riesgo para un hongo fitopatógeno y sus ACBs tanto en escenarios de clima actual como futuro utilizando como patosistema modelo Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceris (FOC)/Garbanzo. Este patosistema fue seleccionado por la gran experiencia de que disponemos en nuestro grupo de investigación en la modelización de la epidemiología y control biológico de la enfermedad.
