[EN] The European network REDIAL have been working in interinstitutional cooperative projects from 1989. Some examples of cooperative works are described, in which some Spanish libraries and documentation centers have participated: diffusion of journals summaries, comparative lexicon on denominations of ethnic groups and elaboration of a directory of spanish congresses about Latin American Studies. On the basis of these experiences this paper proposes the necessity of a pragmatic approach to carry out this type of cooperations.
