Abstract

La descripción de la interacción entre dos bariones del octeto es uno de los problemas fundamentales en la física nuclear teórica actual. En el sector no extraño la interacción nucleón-nucleón está descrita de manera muy precisa debido a la gran riqueza de datos experimentales. Sin embargo, en los sectores de extrañeza -1 y -2 hay muy pocos datos disponibles para ajustar las interacciones: viejos datos de secciones eficaces hiperón-nucleón y algunas medidas de hipernúcleos. Por ello, en la presente tesis se intenta obtener, a partir de un modelo quiral de quarks constituyentes, una descripción consistente de los sectores de extrañeza -1 y -2. Para ello, comenzamos por obtener las interacciones barión-barión en S = -1, exigiendo una buena descripción de las secciones eficaces hiperón-nucleón. De la descripción conjunta de ambas encontramos que el modelo adecuado para hacerlo incluye el intercambio de un nonete de escalares y otro de pseudoescalares.
