[EN] The present invention falls within the field of biotechnology. Specifically, the invention relates to a DNA polymerase chimera that comprises an amino terminal (N-terminal) region that encodes a cp 29 DNA polymerase, and a carboxytenninal (C-tenninal) region, that comprises, at least, an HhH domain, which are connected by a connecting amino acid sequence, and to the use thereof for the replication, amplification or sequencing of a template DNA. The present invention likewise provides a method for implementing replication, amplification or sequencing of a deoxirribonucleic acid with said DNA polymerase chimera and a kit for implementing said method.
