Abstract

[EN] Otoliths from 100 specimens of M. capensis have been studied. The qualitative analysis of 7 otoliths shows the presence of different metallic ions: Ca++, Na+, K+, Sr+, Mg++, Fe++, V and Cu. The latter three appear only in some samples.
