Abstract

A més de la riquesa musical entorn del "flamenc", Andalusia és dipositària d'un important llegat musical i coreogràfic d'arrel tradicional, part del qual poseeix encara avui una gran vitalitat que le fa també susceptible d'evolucionar com qualsevol altra modalitat de música popular actual. Aquesta vitalitat es reflecteix en la vigència del flamenc o de les sevillanas en el mateix romancer andalús d'una acusada modernitat.
