Superficie de respuesta como método para evaluar la velocidad de difusión a través de membranas
[ES] Se realiza un diseño factorial completo 3'2 para estudiar la cantidad de ácido acetil salicílico difundido a través de membranas de acetoftalato de celulosa, tomando como factores la concentración del polímero formador de membrana y la concentración de plastificante. Los resultados obtenidos se ajustan adecuadamente a una superficie de respuesta cuadrática que permite fijar los niveles más favorables para los cuales la difusión es mínima.
[EN] A complete factorial design 3'2 is made to study the quantity of Acetyl Salicyl Acid released trough celulose acetophtalate membranes as a funtion of the polimer membrana constituent concentration and that of the plastifying. The obtained results fit adequately to a response surface that allows to establish the most suitable levels for which the diffusion is minimal.
