El CSIC refuerza su colaboración con Expania

Abstract

[ES] Expania es la asociación de instituciones españolas usuarias de las soluciones de Ex Libris para la gestión bibliotecaria. Desde 2024, el CSIC ocupa la vicepresidencia de su junta directiva, reforzando la colaboración interinstitucional, la innovación tecnológica y la representación de las necesidades de investigación. Esta participación permite al CSIC acceder a formación especializada, compartir buenas prácticas, y participar activamente en foros internacionales como IGeLU. La contribución del CSIC en las XXI Jornadas de Expania en 2024 subraya su compromiso con la mejora continua de la gestión de recursos bibliográficos.

[EN] Expania is the association of Spanish institutions using Ex Libris solutions for library management. Since 2024, CSIC has served as vice president of its board, strengthening inter-institutional collaboration, technological innovation, and representation of research institutions' needs. Through Expania, CSIC gains access to specialized training, shares best practices, and participates in international forums such as IGeLU. CSIC's contribution to the 21st Expania Conference in 2024 highlights its commitment to the continuous improvement of library resource management.
