Detección de drogas ilícitas en aguas superficiales como fuente potencial de degradación del suelo

Abstract

El trabajo se ha desarrollado en el Parque Natural de L’Albufera (Valencia). A pesar de su gran valor ecológico, el parque sufre los impactos derivados de la ocupación urbano-industrial y de las aportaciones hidrológicas de los sistemas de riego conectados a los anteriores sistemas, siendo las aguas continentales, captadas para riego una vez depuradas, una posible fuente de degradación de los suelos. Se ha desarrollado una metodología que combina el analísis de muestras de agua para identificar las drogas ilícitas con análisis espaciales con Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG). Los resultados muestran que en la presencia de drogas ilícitas en L’Albufera se combinan la localización de plantas depuradoras de aguas residuales con la red de riego tradicional, siendo éste el medio para introducir las sustancias ilícitas en los suelos y aguas del parque natural.
