El Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales inauguró en 2023 una exposición dedicada a Alfred Russel Wallace para conmemorar el bicentenario de su nacimiento. Wallace fue codescubridor con Darwin de la teoría de la evolución por selección natural y es considerado el padre de la biogeografía moderna. El artículo presenta el contenido de la exposición y describe el importante legado del científico británico.
