Abstract

Dentro del diseño y desarrollo de nuevos métodos prácticos y eficaces en el campo de la síntesis de compuestos quirales enantioméricamente puros, para su aplicaicón en la síntesis asimétrica de "building blocks" quirales, reactivos de química fina altamente funcionalizados así como compuestos bioactivos, en esta Tesis Doctoral se han desarrollado nuevas metodologías de síntesis específicamente dirigidas a la obtención de familias de productos con especial relevancia como intermedios para la síntesis de herbicidas de última generación. Los resultados cosechados se organizan en dos grandes Capítulos: Capítulo II- Síntesis de derivados de 4,5-dihidroisoxazoles. Herbicidas Safeners quirales y Capítulo III- Síntesis enantioselectiva de cicloalcanoles y cicloalquilaminas mediante hidrogenación por transferencia. Herbicidas de la familia de las Triazinas.
