[EN] The fieldwork of exploration and study of plant communities with Oriol de Bolòs. Reflections on the shared fieldwork with Oriol de Bolòs: The value of concentration, abstraction and perception of the natural environment when applied to the study of plant communities. Based on the personal memories of the fieldwork shared with Oriol de Bolòs (1924-2007) and the informal conversations held with him, a detailed analysis of how the ecological study of plant communities was carried out. With Oriol de Bolòs we verified that to build phytosociological inventories you need to have a deep knowledge of wild plants, whether they are found with reproductive structures or whether they are in a vegetative state. In addition, it is necessary to know the ecology of the different species of plants that are present and to correctly detect, diagnose and delimit the different habitats where they live, and the different plant communities where they are found. The fieldwork is claimed as a place of study, concentration and memory exercise that permits a deeper approach to plants. Fieldwork is also the way to a better understanding of the biology of the plants that make up the different plant communities. This approach to the study of plants and the plant communities that form them has a beneficial effect because it develops psycho-motor, relaxation, perception, concentration and memory skills. In addition, it constitutes an optimal experience of in-depth contact with nature, and contributes to its better understanding.

[CA] Reflexions sobre el treball de camp compartit amb Oriol de Bolòs: el valor de la concentració, abstracció i percepció de l'entorn natural per a estudiar les comunitats vegetals. A partir dels records personals sobre el treball de camp compartit amb Oriol de Bolòs (1924-2007) i de les converses informals que hi havia mantingut, analitzo detalladament com duia a terme l'estudi ecològic de les comunitats vegetals. Amb el mestratge d'Oriol de Bolòs vaig constatar que per a aixecar inventaris fitosociològics cal tenir un coneixement profund de les plantes silvestres, tant si es troben amb estructures reproductores, com si es troben en estat vegetatiu. A més cal conèixer l'ecologia de les diferents espècies: detectar, diagnosticar i delimitar correctament els diferents hàbitats on viuen i reconèixer les diferents comunitats vegetals on es troben. Reivindico el treball de camp com a lloc d'estudi, concentració i exercici de memòria que permet una aproximació més profunda a les plantes. El treball de camp és la via per a entendre millor la biologia de les plantes que conformen les diferents comunitats vegetals, alhora que permet desplegar habilitats psicomotores, de relaxació, de percepció, de concentració i memorístiques. A més, constitueix una experiència òptima de contacte profund amb la natura que ajuda a comprendre-la millor.
