El culto real en Pilos y la distribución de la tierra en época micénica

Abstract

La serie E de Pilos, cuyas numerosas e importantes tabletas se refieren a la posesión de tierras o de determinadas cantidades de grano -según la interpretación- está justamente considerada como uno de los más importantes documentos legados por los archivos de Pilos, Cnosos y Micenas. Estas tabletas han sido objeto de numerosos estudios, entre ellos, dos muy recientes y particularmente penetrantes: un largo artículo de Bennet en el "American Journal of Archaeology" y el capítulo correspondiente de los "Documents in Mycenaean Greek", de Ventris y Chadwic.
