Abstract

En la complejidad y variedad de un laboratorio puntero en Genómica que da servicio a centros de investigación y empresas privadas, se baraja una cantidad de variables en las muestras de partida que incluyen cantidad, origen, composición, calidad etc¿ El uso de un buen protocolo da mucha versatilidad al laboratorio donde se procesan muestras de diferentes organismos, con poca cantidad y provenientes de diversos tipos de experimentos, con un resultado óptimo y rápido para poder obtener resultados fiables con vistas a la secuenciación masiva (NGS)
