Abstract

Neste estudo desenvolveuse unha ferramenta molecular de alto rendemento para a identificación e cuantificación rápida de larvas de mexillón, ameixa fina e babosa. Púxose a punto e se chequeó o potencial cuantitativo da qPCR específica dirixida a cada unha das especies. Cos datos moleculares creouse un modelo preditivo para determinar o número de larvas en mostras de plancto
