Sobre la retra de Licurgo, con una nueva conjetura

Abstract

A pesar de su pequeña extensión, el reciente estudio del profesor Tsopanakis, de la Universidad de Salónica, replantea totalmente los oscuros problemas de la historia de la constitución espartana en las épocas de Licurgo y Teopompo. Un análisis detenidísimo de los escasos textos arcaicos que sobre ella poseemos --la retra, el llamado anejo o apéndice a la misma, y el fragmento 3 Diehl de Tirteo-- le lleva a soluciones originales que vamos a exponer brevemente para a continuación discutirlas y proponer algunas interpretaciones propias.
