Abstract

Presentamos el estudio de una fetua (dictamen jurídico) de Ibn Sahl sobre una esclava propiedad de Ibn Hafsun, el rebelde de Bobastro. Este asunto aporta otro dato más sobre la trayectoria del principal rebelde de al-Andalus en los años finales del Emirato de Córdoba.We analyse a fatwà (legal advice) of Ibn Sahl on a slave property of Ibn Hafsun, the rebel of Bobastro. This matter contributes information on the path of the principal rebel of al-Andalus in the final years of the Emirate of Cordova.
