Abstract

[EN]: Seed analysis is a key source of information of the dialectical relationship between society and environment. This paper begins with the elaboration of a theoretical background on our object of knowledge: the perception, the implementation of labor and the consume of plant resources by prehistoric societies. A consequent methodology is presented, specially oriented to the taphonomical processes suffered by the remains, which are basic when establishing their archaeological representativity. Eventually, the study of the interaction between society and environment is proposed, according to the phases of the process of production, since these ones are directly evidenced by the seed remains, once their representativity has been evaluated.
