Las mujeres sefardíes del Norte de Marruecos en el ocaso de la tradición oral

Abstract

El artículo se basa en varios "cuadernos de cantares", manuscritos de uso privado y familiar en los que mujeres sefardíes de Marruecos recopilaron en el siglo XX los romances y canciones (cantares) que sabían pro tradición oral. Se analizan las características formales y de contenido de esos cantares y el significado que para esas mujeres y para sus familias tuvieron este tipo de manuscritos en una época en que la poesía de transmisión oral estaba en vías de desaparición entre los sefardíes.
