Abstract

Para muchos, la tecnología digital a gran escala iba a reanimar nuestras languidecidas democracias. El «tecnooptimismo» hizo pensar que en el progreso tecnológico residía la solución a todos nuestros problemas, pero algunos advirtieron del riesgo de que la e-democracia se convirtiera en realidad en populismo electrónico y en algo lucrativo.
