Abstract

En este trabajo se aporta información biográfica sobre un autor poco conocido pero que fue bastante conocido en su momento y se hace un estudio de su obra que intenta sobrepasar la división entre progresistas y conservadores, para destacar el lugar de muchos intelectuales del momento que parten de la Ilustración pero la rebaten utilizando sus mismos referentes; lo que se ha llamado postura antimoderna.
