Abstract

Discurso de Odón de Buen en el proceso de creación y constitución definitiva de la Comisión Internacional para la Explotación Científica del Mediterraneo (CIEM), pronunciado el 17 de noviembre de 1919 en la Conferencia de Madrid del mismo año.

Conferencia de Madrid de 1919, recoge la conferencia de Odón de Buen considerando necesaria la inspección científica en el Mediterráneo en el campo de la Oceanografía, biología, etc.
