[EN] We have continued our experiments about the mutagenic action of PCMB on Digitalis thapsi, and we report the results obtained in the second blossoming of plants originally treated in 1966. We present as well the data relative to our initial observations -started in the Spring of 1968- on F1, which show an efficient and permanent ability of PCMB to induce transmissible phenotypical variations. We also present and advance of our new comparative studies on the mutagenic action of PCMB and colchicine, both of which turned out to be active in the induction of remarkable phenotypical variations, even when used at lower concentrations than at those previously studied. Aur firts obervations on PMC showed some meiotic irregularities, the most striking of which were tetrads with 3,5 and 6 nuclei.
