En esta investigación se ha estudiado el comportamiento de 8 variedades de vid (4 comerciales y 4 antiguas) en un escenario de alto CO2 y temperatura elevada. El estudio se llevó a cabo en esquejes fructíferos cultivados en invernaderos de gradiente térmico donde se aplicaron dos tratamientos entre el cuajado y la madurez: (1) CO2 ambiente (400 µmol mol-1) y temperatura ambiente, y (2) CO2 elevado (700 µmol mol-1) y temperatura elevada (+4C).
