Abstract

[ES] Desde el año 2018 la Biblioteca Americanista de Sevilla está trabajando de forma sistemática sobre su colección patrimonial. Por una parte, se trabajan libros impresos sobre papel artesanal (hasta mediados del siglo XIX) y por otra, libros realizados en papel industrial. Las tareas desarrolladas abarcan cuestiones tan variadas como la recatalogación, la medición para adquirir cajas de conservación a medida y la digitalización.

[EN] Since 2018, the Americanist Library of Seville has been systematically working on its heritage collection. On the one hand, books printed on artisanal paper are worked on (until the mid-19th century) and on the other, books made on industrial paper. The tasks carried out cover issues as varied as recataloging, conservation boxes and digitalization.
