Abstract

Desde el desarrollo de una teoría de la literatura que basa sus aproximaciones en la analogía con la arquitectura el autor se aproxima a las relaciones entre las obras de Cervantes y Vargas Llosa. La recepción de Cervantes en Latinoamérica es un ámbito de investigación por descubrir. En el Perú, un autor que ha recibido la obra de Cervantes de manera peculiar es Mario Vargas Llosa. Varios escritores que influencian a Vargas Llosa son lectores conspicuos de Cervantes. Este trabajo intenta aclarar cuáles son las relaciones estructurales entre estas dos arquitecturas literarias.
