Abstract

[ES] En esta tesis doctoral pretendemos contribuir al conocimiento sobre la regulaci?n que el checkpoint de fase S lleva a cabo en respuesta al estr?s replicativo sobre la replicaci?n del DNA, la maquinaria replicativa y la estabilizaci?n de las horquillas de replicaci?n. Para ello, nos propusimos los siguientes objetivos: ? Estudiar los efectos de la fosforilaci?n de Exo1 mediada por el checkpoint de fase S en respuesta al estr?s replicativo. ? Estudiar la posible regulaci?n diferencial del checkpoint de fase S sobre la replicaci?n de las cadenas leading y lagging en respuesta al estr?s replicativo.
