[ES] La caracterización de regiones de homocigosidad ha sido muy popular en poblaciones ganaderas (Peripolli et al., 2016). Sin embargo, a pesar de la cantidad de estudios no hay un criterio único en los parámetros usados para declarar una región del genoma como región de homocigosidad (ROH). El presente estudio compara varios criterios en la oveja usando información genómica de chips de SNPs de alta (HD) y media (50K) densidad.
