[ES] En los últimos años la investigación arqueológica se orienta hacia la experimentación y aplicación de técnicas alternativas para la representación gráfica de los edificios. En este artículo se expone, de forma sintética, el funcionamiento del proceso de rectificación fotográfica y su utilización como instrumento de documentación para el estudio arqueológico. En una segunda parte del mismo, se insertan los resultados obtenidos a partir de la aplicación en uno de los monumentos más emblemáticos de la Mérida de época romana.
[EN] In the last few years, the archaeological investigation is focused on experimentation and the application of alternative techniques for the graphic representation of the buildings. This article states, in a syntactic way, how the process of photographic correction works and its use as an instrument of documentation for the archaeological study. In the second part of the report, the results obtained from the application to one of the most emblematic monuments of Mérida from the Roman period are placed.
