Procedimiento de tintura de piel curtida al cromo con colorantes dispersos utilizando liposomas como vehículo dispersante

Abstract

Se utilizan liposomas multilamelares como vehículos de colorantes dispersos en la tintura de piel curtida; concretamente se refiere a liposomas multilamelares constituidos por fosfatidilcolina de nuevo conteniendo el colorantes dispersos de tipo antraquinónico y azoico, en particular sus representantes C.I. Disperse Violet 1 (A) y C.I. Disperse Orange 1 (B) a distintas concentraciones de colorante y phospholípido. Este proceso conduce a un agotamiento controlado del colorante sobre la piel curtida, directamente relacionado con la proporción relativa de ambos componentes en los liposomas. El óptimo agotamiento de la tintura se obtiene para unas proporciones en peso colorante/fosfolípido de 0.24 y 0.28 para los colorantes (A) y (B). Las muestras teñidas presentan una distribución regular de colorante sobre la superficie de la piel, siendo dicha distribución especialmente homogénea al utilizar los sistemas colorante/liposoma correspondientes a las relaciones molares de máximo agotamiento de colorante.
