Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo se centra en la revisión de los fondos depositados en el Museo de San Isidro referentes al yacimiento del cerro de San Juan del Viso o cerro del Viso, que hoy en su mayor parte se adscribe al término municipal de Villalbilla (Madrid). Analizaremos los materiales localizados, tanto asociados a los trabajos que realizó el antiguo Servicio de Investigaciones Prehistóricas del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, como a diferentes exploraciones y donaciones también del primer tercio del siglo XX.

[EN] The present work focuses on the review of the funds deposited in the Museo de San Isidro regarding the site of San Juan del Viso hill or Cerro del Viso, which today is mostly attached to the municipality of Villalbilla (Madrid). We will analyze the located materials, both associated with the works carried out by the former Prehistoric Research Service of the Madrid City Council, as well as different explorations and donations also from the first third of the 20th century.
