Fabrication of microorganism proof compact discs includes fungicide based protection of the disc layer interfaces

Abstract

[ES] Modificación del sistema de fabricación de discos compactos para evitar su destrucción física por microorganismos. La invención consiste una modificación del sistema de fabricación de discos compactos de lectura por láser como por ejemplo CO, CO-R, CO-RW, Laserdisc, Minidisc, OVO, OVO"R, OVO-ROM, OVO-RAM, OVO-RW, OWO+RW. Esta modificación estriba en proteger las interfases de capas en los bordes para protegerlos del ataque de hongos para evitar así su destrucción física por organismos vivos perfeccionando el sellado interior y exterior. A este recubrimiento se le podría adicionar también fungicidas. El estado actual de la técnica es que esa forma irregular e incompleta de derramarse la laca por los bordes (exterior e interior) deja algunas partes del sándwich (por ejemplo policarbonato-aluminio-Iaca) abierto por estos bordes y los hongos entran por esa línea de debilidad. En la actualidad se está determinando la amplitud de la dispersión geográfica de ataques de hongos a Oiscos compactos.

[EN] The fabrication of microorganism-proof compact discs has protection of the interfaces of the layers of the product by agents including fungicides. Thus polycarbonate-aluminum and varnish sandwich discs receive full cover against physical destruction.
