Procedimiento para promover la unión química entre elastómeros y negros de carbono mediante derivados de benceno sulfonil azidas

Abstract

El poder reforzante de un negro de carbono depende de la naturaleza y densidad de interacciones entre la superficie de la partícula y la matriz polimérica. Las interacciones de elevada resistencia son las más importantes para mejorar la respuesta reforzante de un negro de carbono. existen productos químicos que actúan como "promotores" o "agentes de acoplamiento", que añadidos a una mezcla de elastómero/negro de carbono, antes o durante la masticación del caucho, mejoran el reforzamineto de la carga, dando lugar a vulcanizados con propiedades físicas superiores. mediante derivados de benceno sulfonil azida se consigue mejorara la resistencia a las interacciones en la interfase carga-elastómero.
