[EN]The invention relates to novel peptides and the derivatives thereof, which can be used as preferably selective antagonistic (inhibitors) regulators of calcineurin A and, more specifically, as immunosuppressors. The invention also relates to therapeutic compositions comprising said peptides, to assays used to find compounds having a preferably selective antagonist activity in relation to calcineurin A and to the use of said peptides in the prophylactics and treatment of human diseases associated with T-lymphocyte activation, including, but not limited to, autoimmune diseases, inflammation and allergy or transplant rejections. The invention also relates to genetic tools and methods of producing said peptides.
