[ES] La presente invención describe la actividad moduladora de los derivados de ciclopropenilesfingosina sobre las enzimas ceramidasas. Así es un objeto de la invención es el use de dichos compuestos en la elaboración de un composición farmacéutica útil para el tratamiento de distintas enfermedades (enf. de Faber, enfermedades cardiovasculares, inflamatorias y cáncer). Además, forma parte de la invención el use de dichas composiciones farmacéuticas en el tratamiento de las mencionadas enfermedades.
[EN] The invention relates to the modulating activity of cyclopropenylsphingosine derivatives on ceramidase enzymes. More specifically, the invention relates to the use of said compounds in the production of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of different diseases (Farber disease, cardiovascular diseases, inflammatory diseases and cancer). In addition, the invention relates to the use of said pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of the aforementioned diseases.
