Abstract

[ES] Compuestos derivados de 2,2-dióxidos de imidazo[4,5-c][ 1,2,6]tiadiazina, para uso como medicamento o composición farmacéutica para el tratamiento de enfermedades parasitarias, preferiblemente de enfermedades causadas por parásitos del género Trypanosoma, y más preferiblemente para el tratamiento de la enfermedad de Chagas. Además, la invención también se refiere a las composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden dichos compuestos.8¼

[EN] Compounds derived from imidazo[4,5-c][1,2,6]thiadiazine 2,2-dioxides for use as medicament or pharmaceutical composition for treatment of parasitic diseases, preferably of diseases caused by parasites of the genus Trypanosome, and more preferably for the treatment of Chagas disease. Furthermore the invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds.ý
